Liverpool Phoenix were formed in 1919 at Aintree (Liverpool) and have been continually active since.

The club has produced Olympic medalists, Tour de France riders, World Champions and Regional Champions. 

As well as being active in various North West Time Trial leagues the club also runs well attended club rides on Saturdays and Sundays.

The club has a social meeting on the second Wednesday of each month at 8:30pm in the OSC, Derby Lane,  Old Swan, Liverpool, L13 6QE.
